On August 7, 2019, Justin Kibble, a 20-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life in a violent incident that also claimed the life of another individual, Deshawn McGee. The incident occurred in the afternoon when an SUV, in which Kibble and McGee were traveling, was shot at and subsequently crashed through a barrier on Interstate 70, catching fire.
