On a late spring afternoon, the life of a 28-year-old Black man, Rajohn Hardaway, was cut short by gun violence. On June 2, 2021, in the community of Cedar Heights in Belvedere, Delaware, the sound of a gunshot shattered the day. At approximately 4:00 p.m., officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Cedar Avenue following a report of a shooting.
