Eric Pearson, 48, was shot to death just before 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8, 2016, in the parking lot of the TGI Friday’s on the 100 block of North DuPont Highway in New Castle, Delaware. Officers arrived to find Pearson down in the lot with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso; he was pronounced dead at the scene and later identified as a resident of the Philadelphia area.
