David Thomas Jr., a 41-year-old Black/African American male from Hurlock, Maryland, was last seen alive on September 15, 2023, after traveling to Kent County, Delaware, to visit family. What began as an ordinary family visit soon became a missing-person investigation when Thomas borrowed a relative's vehicle and did not return it.
