On April 29, 2024, in Magnolia, Delaware, 43-year-old Evan Cablayan and 38-year-old Vicky Williams were fatally shot in a tragic incident identified as a murder-suicide. The perpetrator, 49-year-old Charles Williams III, Vicky's ex-husband, took his own life after committing the murders.
