On September 25, 2009, 40-year-old Robert W. Watkins of Seaford, Delaware, was fatally shot during an attempted robbery in Magnolia. Watkins and his girlfriend had driven to 107 Jeffrey Drive in the London Village neighborhood to purchase prescription pain pills.
