On July 16, 2015, Kevin Ray Tozier, 58, of Lee, Maine, was fatally shot during a violent crime spree that spanned multiple towns in northern Maine. The perpetrator, Anthony Lord, 35, embarked on a series of attacks that resulted in two deaths and several injuries.
