In the quiet town of Vassalboro, Maine, the life of Jeremy L. Gilley, a 37-year-old White male, came to a tragic and violent end on May 30, 2022. On that Memorial Day morning, just after 9 a.m., a disturbance erupted within the hallways of his apartment building on Main Street. The conflict, which began as an argument between residents, quickly escalated to the sound of multiple gunshots, forever altering the lives of those involved.
