On July 17, 2022, 20-year-old John Paquin of Worcester, Massachusetts, was fatally shot on Howe Street in Lewiston, Maine. Responding to reports of gunfire shortly after 4 p.m., Lewiston police found Paquin suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to Central Maine Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

The following day, authorities arrested 28-year-old Mark John Sinclair of Lewiston in connection with the shooting. Sinclair, who had active warrants for domestic violence ...Read More
