Kevin Andrew Napier, a 37-year-old white male, was killed in the early morning darkness of August 25, 2018, inside an apartment on the 3500-block of West 88th Avenue in southwest Anchorage. A caller reported a disturbance at 2:29 a.m.; when officers converged on the building, they found him inside with a fatal gunshot wound to the upper body.
