Do you know who murdered Kevin Napier?
On 8-25-2018, Kevin Napier went to an apartment building at the 3500 block of West 88th where he knew several people. He was visiting a person in one of the apartments when he said he was going upstairs to the apartment directly above to visit a female. Two gunshots were heard as soon as he went upstairs. Immediately after the shots, the acquaintance of Napier from the apartment below saw a male, white or native, with a dark hoodie, coming downstairs.
