Kevin Andrew Napier, a 37-year-old white male, was killed in the early morning darkness of August 25, 2018, inside an apartment on the 3500-block of West 88th Avenue in southwest Anchorage. Hours earlier, Kevin had arrived at the complex to visit people he knew. He was in a downstairs unit when he mentioned he was heading to the apartment directly above to see a woman; almost immediately, two gunshots cracked through the building.
