In the pre-dawn hours of August 29, 2008, Carl M. Seebeck, a 62-year-old Caucasian male, followed his daily routine in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, unaware that it would be his last. A U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a man of habit and quiet dedication.
