On May 15, 2021, 20-year-old Leonardo Tavares was fatally shot in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The incident occurred on Randall Street, where Tavares was found inside his Nissan Rogue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
