In the early hours of May 15, 2015, 22-year-old Kevin Mann Jr. was fatally shot outside the Pasha Hookah Bar on Allens Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island. The incident occurred shortly after midnight as Mann and two other individuals sat in a parked car after leaving the establishment.
