In the early morning hours of October 28, 2023, a tragic event unfolded on Hathaway Street in Providence, Rhode Island, resulting in the death of 29-year-old Hispanic male, Brian Fernandez. He was discovered inside a parked vehicle alongside his 30-year-old fiancée, Sreylakh Ros; both had been fatally shot. The couple leaves behind four children.
