In the early hours of Sunday, November 5, 2017, the life of 34-year-old Joel Ashby, a White male from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was cut tragically short. Ashby was discovered with a gunshot wound in the central part of the city and was quickly transported to a local hospital.
