Clay Douglas Stubbs, 36, a White male from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was killed in the early hours of October 8, 2020, after a night that unraveled into violence and panic. In the pre-dawn darkness, police were pulled in two directions at once: reports of gunfire in southwest Sioux Falls and, almost at the same time, a crash near the intersection of 57th Street and Marion Road.
