On December 30, 2020, 27-year-old Mitchell Houchins was found with a gunshot wound to the chest in the 6500 block of South Meadows Place in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Despite numerous vehicles passing by, assistance was not rendered for nearly 30 minutes. Houchins was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigations revealed that Houchins had met with 28-year-old Crystal Mousseau and 21-year-old Josue Hernandez for a drug transaction. The suspects had planne ...Read More
