On August 19, 2022, 36-year-old Paul Henry Billion was found deceased in his Sioux Falls, South Dakota, residence on South Duluth Avenue. An autopsy determined that he had died from multiple gunshot wounds, with the estimated time of death being the night of August 16 or early morning of August 17.
