Sarah Rachel Westbrooks, a 33-year-old woman from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically lost her life on October 25, 2023, in a shooting incident. The event occurred in the early morning hours as Westbrooks was heading to work. She was found in a crashed vehicle in the 3300 block of River Road, just before 8 a.m., along with a man and a child.
