Pamela Hacker, a 47-year-old woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on February 16, 2017, after being shot in the chest at her apartment on Vine Street in North Avondale. She was driven to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in critical condition but succumbed to her injuries on the way there.
