On a tragic Tuesday in the small town of Scotland, South Dakota, 68-year-old Librado Monclova was killed in his home on November 9, 2021. His life was cut short in a violent outburst that also claimed the lives of his daughter, Angela Monclova, and a woman named Diane Akins. Two other family members, including a five-year-old child, were wounded in the attack but survived.
