Near 2 a.m. on November 14, 2017, deputies drove to the 4400 block of Avenue B-2 on Cheyenne's east side after a 911 caller said he had just shot his roommate.
Inside the home, investigators found a 39-year-old address shared by family and boarders turned into a crime scene and identified the victim as Michael Brody Robbins, a 35-year-old White male.
