On January 20, 2019, Casper police responded at approximately 10:20 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the Paradise Valley neighborhood near Concho Court and Whispering Springs. Officers found a 30-year-old White male with a gunshot wound who was pronounced dead at the scene and a second person, a female, who was transported to Wyoming Medical Center with injuries.
