On September 16, 2019, a tragic shooting occurred at 3436 E. 11th Street in Cheyenne, Wyoming, resulting in the deaths of 37-year-old Adrien Butler and 30-year-old Shaline Wymer. Two 14-year-old boys were also seriously injured in the incident.

The suspect, 25-year-old Andrew Weaver, was arrested in a nearby field shortly after the shooting. He was found in possession of a stolen Smith & Wesson 9mm semiautomatic handgun, which he admitted to using during the attack. Weaver stated that ...Read More
