On May 11, 2018, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, 61-year-old Joseph S. Tortolito was fatally shot multiple times. His body was discovered concealed under several pallets in a junk pile near the 5000 block of South Greeley Highway. The Laramie County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene after receiving a report of gunshots in the area.
