On May 11, 2018, Joseph Steven Tortolito, a 61-year old Hispanic male from Cheyenne, was found dead in a junk area off the 5000 block of South Greeley Highway after deputies responded to reports of gunfire.
The 61-year-old male's body was discovered amid debris and pallets; an autopsy later determined he died from multiple gunshot wounds.
