Matthew Bruce Wilson, a 45-year-old White man, was killed on the morning of September 14, 2016, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, in violence that erupted at the Heritage Court Apartments, an affordable senior housing complex on Gregg Way. He had been working at the property when gunfire broke the routine of the day, and police said he was shot outside the building.
