On September 14, 2016, a tragic incident occurred at a senior living facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming, resulting in the death of 45-year-old Matthew Wilson. The assailant, who had a prior acquaintance with the victims, entered the facility and opened fire, killing Matthew and injuring two others. After the attack, the shooter took his own life.
