In the early minutes of October 1, 2019, Michael Tolar, a 44-year-old White male, was found shot to death in the parking lot of Romero Park at 1317 Parsley Boulevard in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Officers responding shortly after midnight discovered three people dead from apparent gunshot wounds, among them the 44-year-old Michael Tolar.
