On October 1, 2019, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, a tragic incident occurred at Romero Park involving three individuals: 44-year-old Michael Tolar, 24-year-old Abigail Smith, and 46-year-old Brian Perkins. Shortly after midnight, Cheyenne Police Department officers responded to reports of a homicide at the park, located at 1317 Parsley Boulevard. Upon arrival, they discovered all three individuals deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
