In the quiet city of Minot, North Dakota, a young White/Caucasian man's life was tragically cut short on the evening of May 13, 2020. Andrew Jordan Parisien, a 21-year-old male, found himself in a heated argument with his stepbrother, Damion Michael Allen Colvin. The dispute, which began inside a southwest Minot residence, soon spilled outside and escalated into a physical confrontation.
