Dominick Stephens, a 29-year-old man from Minot, North Dakota, was killed on January 12, 2020. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the Minot State University Dome. Police responded to reports of gunshots and found Stephens slumped over the wheel of his car, which had crashed into a boulder. He was unresponsive and later pronounced dead at the hospital.
