On the afternoon of October 18, 2025, the life of 38-year-old Lance David Phillips, a White male, was tragically cut short in Minot, North Dakota. Police were dispatched to a residence in the 10 block of 39th Avenue SE around 3:04 p.m. following a report of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered Phillips suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
