On January 30, 2023, 38-year-old Timothy Chrishaod Smith was fatally shot at The Vegas Motel in Minot, North Dakota. Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Smith unresponsive with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

Darrion Deshon Jackson, 32, was identified as the suspect and turned himself in to the police shortly after the incident. He was charged with murder and possession of a weapon by a felon. Jackson admitted to shoot ...Read More
