On November 29, 2015, at approximately 3:10 a.m., Minot police responded to reports of multiple gunshots in an alley between the 10 block of 1st Street SW and South Broadway, near the Ice Cold Ryders motorcycle club clubhouse. Upon arrival, officers discovered 30-year-old Roger Falana and a 43-year-old woman, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Falana was transported to Trinity Hospital, where he was pronounced dead; the woman received treatment and was later released.
