Carl Netter, aged 56, tragically lost his life on July 15, 2020, in Saint Louis, Missouri. His death occurred during a neighborhood barbecue at Biker's Corner Cocktail Lounge and Restaurant in the Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood. The incident unfolded when Kennice Brock, a 51-year-old man from Memphis, walked into the barbecue and was repeatedly asked to put his gun away. Despite these requests, Brock shot Carl Netter, leading to his untimely death.
