In the spring of 2017, the life of Reginald Lamont Caine, a 41-year-old African American man from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the morning of April 4th, gunfire erupted in the community of Dellwood. Caine sustained gunshot wounds in the incident, which authorities later stated did not appear to be a random act of violence.
