On December 4, 2019, Roldan Agustin, a 49-year-old shop planner at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, was fatally shot by a U.S. Navy sailor who then took his own life. The incident occurred at the shipyard in Honolulu, Hawaii, where Agustin was working as a Department of Defense civilian employee.
