Marqus McNeil, a 20-year-old from Honolulu, Hawaii, was tragically shot and killed on March 19, 2022. The incident occurred on a sidewalk in Waikiki, near the intersection of Kalakaua Avenue and Lewers Street, following an argument between McNeil and 19-year-old Justice Kaio.
