Linda Barber, a 45-year-old female, was preparing for her workday at the U.S. Postal Service on February 15, 1992, when a neighbor, 23-year-old Jason Oric Williams, forced his way into her home. What followed was a brutal act of violence that would leave a lasting scar on the small community.
