In the early morning hours of a summer day in Washington, D.C., the life of Dwayne Dunn, a 26-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short. On Saturday, June 23, 2007, at approximately 4:45 am, Dunn was shot and killed. The fatal incident occurred in front of 433 Atlantic Street, SE.
