On May 12, 2009, 17-year-old Darryl Palmore was found shot to death in the 4700 block of 6th Avenue in the Wylam neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama. The Birmingham Police Department promptly initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.

Following their inquiries, authorities arrested Bieniemy Luther in connection with the homicide. Luther was subsequently charged with murder, indicating that law enforcement had gathered sufficient evidence to link him to the ...Read More
