In the quiet evening of November 11, 2007, a Chinese man named Hong Zhi Wang was going about his work as a delivery driver in Washington, D.C. His life, however, was tragically cut short in the 1200 block of Barnaby Terrace in the Southeast quadrant of the city. On that Sunday, Wang was brutally shot and killed, becoming another victim of the city's gun violence.
