On a Wednesday evening in March 2014, a gathering of friends in a Huntington, West Virginia, home took a tragic turn, ending the life of 22-year-old Stephen Alexander Lawrence, a White male. The events of March 26th unfolded at a residence on Latulle Avenue, where Lawrence was present with two other individuals.
