On January 24, 2015, in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, 25-year-old Gary Wayne Baskins and 23-year-old Kayla Ann Glover were fatally shot while seated in a vehicle outside Jody's Restaurant on Alabama Highway 20. Baskins was found deceased in the passenger seat, while Glover, who attempted to flee, succumbed to her injuries in the parking lot.
