On a summer day in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, the life of 39-year-old Jason Lee Fox was tragically cut short. On August 12, 2016, first responders received a 9-1-1 call and discovered Mr. Fox deceased from a gunshot wound inside his residence in the 1100 block of Grand Avenue. A 1995 graduate of Muscle Shoals High School, he was known as a loving husband, father, son, and brother who worked as a sales manager at Sims Forest Products.
He was an active member of the Magnolia Church of Christ, where he enjoyed working with teenagers and college-age students.
The initial investigation into Jason Fox's death quickly pointed towards a sinister plot rather than a random act of violence. The crime scene at his home appeared to be staged, raising suspicions among detectives. The investigation led to the arrests of two individuals: his wife, Erica Fox, and a man named Ronnie Lee Credille. Both were subsequently charged with capital murder.
