Murdered

On April 26, 2008, Melvin Seals, aged 30, was fatally shot in the 1200 block of Morse Street, Northeast, Washington, D.C. The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m., and Seals was pronounced dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded promptly, and the case was taken up by the Department’s Criminal Investigations Division/Major Case Unit.
