A tragic turn of events on a December evening in Birmingham, Alabama, left a young man dead and a community searching for answers. On Saturday, December 5, 2015, 29-year-old Kenneth Scott was found with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the Tom Brown Village public housing community in the north Avondale neighborhood.
