Quintrell Lashon Alexander, a 42-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on December 18, 2016. The incident occurred in the western part of the city, near 36th Street and Jefferson Avenue, where Alexander was found with gunshot wounds. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but despite efforts to save him, Alexander was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
