Sedric Darrell Lewis, a 27-year-old man from Opelika, Alabama, was tragically killed on March 25, 2017, in a violent incident that shocked the local community. Lewis was found shot to death in the early morning hours at a residence in the 700 block of 2nd Avenue. Authorities were alerted to the situation after receiving reports of gunshots in the area.
