On September 15, 2022, 17-year-old Terrell Rodriquez "Head" Morgan was shot in the area of Chester Avenue and East Street in Opelika, Alabama. He sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. Despite medical efforts, Terrell succumbed to his injuries on September 17, 2022.
