Justin Shield Coleman, a 20-year-old man from Mobile, Alabama, was fatally shot on September 27, 2017, in what authorities later classified as a homicide. The shooting occurred around 10:30 p.m. when Mobile police responded to reports of gunfire in the area of Virginia Street.
