Justin Jamal Mooney, a 29-year-old male, was killed on October 20, 2018, in Mobile, Alabama. An employee of the City of Mobile for over ten years, Mooney was standing in his mother's driveway when he was struck by a stray bullet from a drive-by shooting. He was an unintended target in an incident that also left two other people injured.
